Champagne Vinaigrette

Equipment
- 1 medium bowl
- 1 whisk
Ingredients
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ⅛ cup champagne vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice may sub lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- tabasco a dash
- kosher salt to taste
- freshly ground pepper to taste
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients except extra-virgin olive oil. Slowly add extra-virgin olive oil while whisking continuously, until the dressing is emulsified. You can also add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and purée until smooth
