Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 passion fruit
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes Trader Joes has a great one
  • 1/4 tsp poppyseeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint small-size

Equipment

  • 1 shallow bowl
  • 1 paring knife

Method
 

  1. Spread yogurt in a shallow bowl and arrange banana slices and ½ of the passionfruit.
  2. Spoon the flesh from the remaining passion fruit half over the yogurt. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and poppyseeds. Garnish with mint.
