This breakfast bowl is a passion fruit lovers paradise! The unsweetened toasted coconut really gives it that island vibe! Did I mention it's a 5 minute wonder?
Equipment
- 1 shallow bowl
- 1 paring knife
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 passion fruit
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes Trader Joes has a great one
- 1/4 tsp poppyseeds
- 1 tbsp fresh mint small-size
Instructions
- Spread yogurt in a shallow bowl and arrange banana slices and ½ of the passionfruit.
- Spoon the flesh from the remaining passion fruit half over the yogurt. Sprinkle with toasted coconut and poppyseeds. Garnish with mint.
