These Winter Pasta Recipes will help get you through the cold months ahead, one cozy bowl of pasta at a time.

This well-rounded list of pasta recipes include vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes.

1. Boursin Pasta

I had you at Boursin, didn’t I?

This savory and creamy cheese is an absolute dream, especially when tossed with your favorite pasta and fresh spinach.

This is an easy meal that will be on the table in under 20 minutes. Winner!

Bagged spinach really makes this recipe a breeze!

2. Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Pasta

This Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Pasta is epitome of low-maintenance. It’s foolproof!

You just throw some tomatoes, red pepper, garlic, olive oil and a little salt in a pan, then let the oven do the cooking.

This vegetarian sauce has a lovely touch of sweetness from the roasted red peppers.

3. Spaghetti Carbonara

Crispy bits of cured pork coupled with salty & earthy Pecorino Romano, create one dreamy meal.

This iconic Roman dish is the poster boy of comfort food and can be on the table in just 15 minutes!

Piping-hot al dente spaghetti, each noodle coated a rich sauce of egg yolks, finely grated Pecorino Romano, and guanciale. Garnished with Italian parsley and freshly ground black pepper.
A bowl of Spaghetti Carbonara can cure most (if not all) of the worlds problems. JUST SAYIN’!

4. Blue Cheese and Hazelnut Rigatoni

This Blue Cheese and Hazelnut Rigatoni is unapologetically indulgent and perfect for a cold winters day.

Point Reyes Original Blue is my go to cheese for this recipe. You can also find it at Trader Joe’s on the West Coast.

5. Orecchiette with Turkey, Capers and White Wine

This simple turkey ragu with fresh rosemary and thyme reminds me a little of the holidays (without spending all-day cooking).

Don’t tell anybody, but this is my favorite pasta of the bunch! Shhh!!

A bowl of orecchiette tossed in a hearty turkey ragu. The fresh rosemary and thyme lend a holiday like flavor to this pasta dish. Topped with fresh parsley and finely grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
I mean, SHE FINE! This recipe holds a special place in my heart.
