An inside out egg roll in a bowl, no deep frying involved! Shredded purple cabbage, green cabbage, and carrots, tossed with browned ground pork and all the flavors reminiscent of traditional egg rolls.

Four pan-fried meatballs stuffed with sweet sun-dried dates from summertime and tart apples. Served alongside apple cider vinegar braised cabbage and fennel, and a yogurt and dill sauce.

Creamy and tangy homemade labneh swooshes and swirled onto a shallow rimmed plate, extra-virgin olive oil and hot honey pool between each crevice, just waiting to be scooped up. Quartered Mission figs float on top of the yogurt cheese. Garnished with a single basil leaf.
