- Add avocado flesh to a medium sized bowl and mash with a fork.
- Add sour cream, minced garlic, white pepper, a pinch of kosher salt, lime zest, and lime juice; mix with a spoon until well-combined.
- Taste; adjust seasoning as needed with lime juice, salt, and white pepper.
- Transfer to a plate or shallow serving bowl. Top with a drizzle of your favorite olive oil and a generous sprinkle of sumac. I used Stonehouse Persian Lime EVOO to really amp up the lime flavors.
